DANCE CARDIO CLASS
Come dance your way into fitness to the rhythm of all the dances Inspiracion Latina is known for including Salsa, Bachata, Festejo, Samba, Cha cha, Merengue, Axe, Bellydance, Hip Hop, Hula, Dancehall, Reggaeton, etc. You will learn steps and choreographed routines from multicultural dance forms and popular songs. While the focus is on exercise, the moves in this class are all authentic dance steps which are directly transferable to the dance floor. Great way to get acquainted with all the different dance styles we offer and/or practice your moves learned in our dance classes …. all while getting a great cardio work out !
